Booking and Reservations
Quote Requests
Quotes provided through our website or by our staff are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual flight requirements, fuel costs, landing fees, and other factors. All quotes are subject to aircraft availability and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Charter Agreements
All charter flights are subject to a separate Charter Agreement that will detail specific terms, conditions, pricing, and cancellation policies. The Charter Agreement, when executed, supersedes these general Terms with respect to that specific flight.
Passenger Responsibilities
Identification and Documentation
All passengers must provide valid government-issued identification and any required travel documentation. For international flights, passengers are responsible for ensuring they have proper passports, visas, and comply with all customs and immigration requirements.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
- Follow all instructions from the flight crew
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations
- Not engage in behavior that endangers the safety of the flight or other passengers
- Not possess prohibited items as defined by FAA and TSA regulations
Baggage
Baggage allowances vary by aircraft type. We will advise you of weight and size limitations when booking. SkySouth Aviation is not liable for damage to or loss of baggage unless caused by our gross negligence.
Safety and Operations
Flight Safety
Safety is our highest priority. The pilot in command has final authority over all flight operations and may refuse to operate a flight or divert to an alternate airport if safety conditions warrant. Such decisions are not grounds for refund or compensation.
Weather and Delays
Flights may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled due to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from such circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SkySouth Aviation's liability for personal injury or death is limited to the amounts required by applicable aviation insurance requirements
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkySouth Aviation, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
